  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • ½ cup broccoli
  • 3 tbsp. oat flakes
  • Milk


  1. In a blending cup, place ½ cup of frozen strawberries.
  2. Add 1 tbsp. of honey
  3. Add 1 chopped banana
  4. Add 1 apple cut up into cubes
  5. Add ½ cup of chopped broccoli
  6. Add 2 tbsp. oat flakes
  7. Add just enough milk to fill half of the blending cup
  8. Proceed to blend everything until you get a thick red consistency
  9. Pour your smoothie into a glass jar and enjoy!
